Bring a yoga mat, water, a towel and any healing crystals that you would like to bring.

We will meet in front of CBUS Super stadium which is situated on Stadium Drive - The class itself will be hosted in Robina Parklands in front of the beautiful creek only a 400m walk.

Please note that that Energy in motion is an outdoor activity, in the event that weather conditions such as rain, thunderstorms or extreme winds are forecasted the event will be cancelled, any monies that are paid unfortunately cannot be refunded, however can be accrued for the next class or towards a service @theenergybar.
