Hi my name is Liz Avis, I have been a wellness coach for over 20 years, with a background in Personal Training, Genetic Health, Reiki, Nutrition, E-motion yoga, Life Coaching...plus so many other modalties, it has been my mission to bring health and wellness into the lives of many.
For so many years, I felt that something was missing when I was coaching my clients and it was not until I had a fate of ill health that I was able to crack the genetic code of why I would constantly get unwelll and burntout.
How did I crack the code on my health, simply by tuning into my body and asking what was missing..!
Feeling like hormones were involved I needed to find out if this was the case, not only did learning all about Genetic Health unveil my intuitive suspicions but also know how to clock what my body needed based on what foods are best for me to what time of day I should eat those foods, to what diet is best and how many times a day I should eat, this was the same for exercise, to what hormone I am driven by.....Plus so much more.
My mind was blown by all of this scientific information, 15 layers of scientific information to be precise.
