Just for fun there will be a Wingman/Wingwoman title up for grabs so let the best team win. Remember you do not need to be fit to win the title, strategy and teamwork out wins peak fitness, scrap that having fun wins the day, it honetsly will be such a fun filled event with lots of laughter and smiles.

What you will need to bring/wear

> Water.

> Comfortable clothes and shoes make sure you pack a warm jumper.

> Snacks if you are someone who needs regular food.

> Mobile phone.

> A little backpack.

VERY IMPORTANT: Be sure to have an early dinner before the event to ensure that you are all fuelled up as there will only be a grazing board of bar style tapas food supplied.  VEGAN GF AND DF Options will be available.
