If you feel as if you are at a crossroad in your life or feel confused about an event or experience that you are going through, then a Intuitive reiki guidance reading will help you to gain the clarity and the perspective that you need to help you move forward to connect the missing pieces of the puzzle in your current life. Reiki comes from the Japanese words rei, which means “universal life,” and ki, which means “energy.” Reiki is a noninvasive hand on or hands off healing modality that involves a trained practitioner who serves as a channel of universal life energy to help cleanse and clear any blocked energy centers called chakras. Reiki can help with many different ailments, but it is important to know Reiki is not a substitute for a cure or medical advice. In a healing you may experience an emotional and physical release within the body or you may just experience pure relaxation in a reiki healing, the body does not discriminate as to what needs to be shifted energetically as it is designed to help you come back into a state of homeostasis. In a guided reiki healing with me together we will dive into a e-motion coaching session followed by an intuitive guidance reading and then the reiki healing. After the reading I will then complete a comprehensive health road map for you to follow up on, the health road map will include anything from prescribed exercises, supplements, mindfulness exercises and any other relatable information to help you continue towards greatness in your life.
